The Cosmos, the Universe and the Multiverse
The terms Cosmos, Universe and Multiverse have different uses and meanings therefore we wish to clarify that, in the Cosmic Worldview – Martinus Cosmology, the term Cosmos refers to and encompasses everything that exists.
Martinus and Per Bruus-Jensen often express Cosmos as verdensaltet (Danish), which means everything that exists, all-embracing – the totality: our own universe and everything outside it, other dimensions, worlds, planes of existence, the infinite and eternal multiverse, i.e. including all forms of life and reality.
Sometimes Martinus and Per Bruus-Jensen use the word universe instead of Cosmos and in this case both terms have the same meaning.
In translations of Martinus’ original literature into English, the term universe has mainly been used, and in order to avoid misunderstandings, we wish to clarify that this is not limited to our own immediate universe but has the same meaning as Cosmos (verdensaltet), in that it includes everything that exists.
New Cosmic Paradigm NCP X-AIONS (Therner and Löth/Loeth) have, in consultation with Per Bruus-Jensen, decided to use the term Cosmos to mean everything that exists, all-embracing, and define the Cosmos as living, all-embracing, infinite, eternal and multidimensional; encompassing all forms of life* and reality – basically the X-Structure: X0 and the Triune Operating Principle with the three functional aspects X1, X2, X3 – the nature and structure of life and reality.
